NT Energy supplies Vinterlys with green energy

NT Energy supplies sustainable power to the Vinterlys Festival in Skjern and provides a battery container so that the lights in Fredskoven are powered by recycled electric car batteries. The batteries are charged when electricity is cheap and green, and then supply energy to the festival lights in the evening, when the many artworks in Fredskoven are lit up.
Vinterlys had sustainability as a priority from the start, and NT Energy actively contributes to meeting that goal.

Our mission
The demand for electric cars leads to an increased number of used car batteries when the car's lifespan is over.
We recycle the batteries for stationary energy storage and in this way they get new life, which supports the green transition to renewable energy sources.
